We make reasonable efforts to arrive within scheduled windows, but arrival times are estimates and may be affected by earlier jobs, weather, traffic, and emergencies. Please ensure safe, clear access to the work area. If we cannot access the door or complete the work for reasons outside our control, additional charges may apply.
Payment is due upon completion of work unless otherwise agreed in writing. We accept the payment methods communicated at the time of service. Past-due balances may be subject to applicable fees.
Eligible repairs and installations are backed by our parts-and-labor warranty as described at the time of service. Warranty coverage does not extend to damage from misuse, accidents, alterations, lack of maintenance, weather events, or work performed by others. Specific warranty terms, duration, and exclusions are provided with your service.

If you need to cancel or reschedule, please contact us as early as possible. Cancellations made without reasonable notice, or repeated missed appointments, may be subject to a fee.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Harris Garage Door is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of our website or services. Our total liability for any claim related to a service will not exceed the amount you paid for that service. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.
